We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding, multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a school that values innovation, therapeutic support, and a truly person-centered approach to education.

Your Role:

  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 and group therapy to students aged 5-18.
  • Complete specialist assessments and create bespoke intervention plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Work closely with our dedicated team of educational and therapy professionals to ensure every student receives the best possible support.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff to enhance communication strategies throughout the school.
  • Be an advocate for inclusive and effective communication, helping young people build confidence in their abilities.


What We Are Looking For:

  • A qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC and RCSLT registration.
  • Experience (or a strong interest) in supporting young people with autism, SEMH, and complex needs.
  • A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to working with students, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to professional development and sharing best practice.
  • A genuine passion for empowering young people to reach their full potential.
