  • Impact & Purpose – Play a key role in shaping the future of young people who need a fresh start in education.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyse and use student data to inform provision planning and monitor progress.
  • Building Strong Relationships – Work collaboratively with students, staff, parents, and stakeholders to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
  • Embedding the School Ethos – Play an active role in shaping and promoting Dovecote’s inclusive and aspirational learning culture.

  • Experience in leading and coordinating SEND provision
  • A passion for inclusive education and a deep commitment to supporting students with complex needs
  • The ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

This role is covered by the Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018, and all successful applicants will be subject to a fully Enhanced DBS check.
